I have to be in Southend-on-Sea for work at 10am tomorrow. The Sat Nav is telling me 1 hour 45 mins (M3/M25/A127) for a clear run.
I imagine the M25 is going to me busy, so how much extra time do think I need to allow for this time of day?

Monday morning, worst commuting morning of the week - check.
Heavy rain forecast, likely to adversely affect driving - check.

I know it's not going to be pretty. I'll probably leave at 6.30 to be safe.

frankly I'd leave at 6am, worst case scenario is either on time or coffee on the seafront
