That's started me off on a bad day. Misogyny at the end of and off the scale - somehow makes me think that every kitchen and rape 'joke' we increasingly hear from the self-described LADs of the West are not-so-distant cousins of such pornographic violence and hatred of women. One can only hope that her murder has provoked such outrage that positive change is inevitable.

Gah, that made me feel sick, like it puts a shadow in your head.

****ing animals....

it really is worlds apart from the life we lead. what hope is there when one man can with a throw-away comment can cause so much hatred?

at least there was a public movement and that the authorities were seen to do something. hopefully it will be the beginning of a shift in people's mentality.

the sooner the human race wakes up and sees what a hindrance the chirade of religion is, the better.

if i were the Führer things would be much different.

my GF is half-Iranian (her father comes from the north-east), which culturally is not a millions miles away from Afghanistan. she was there in 2008 and remembers seeing the cranes erected ready for the public hangings. she had to get her 12 year old cousin to accompany/chaperone her to an internet cafe where she wasn't allowed to touch the keyboard, instead instructing her cousin what to type. she couldn't go for a run or ride a bike in public. she had random men shouting at her for having too much hair exposed.

needless to say, we won't be relocating there any time soon....

paradoxically, her mother lived there for 4 years prior to the revolution and said that apart from a few odd cultural customs it wasn't much different to Europe in its outlook and way of life. no head scarves, women and girls on bikes.

danm religion.

There was no shortage of people in that film that seemed to think killing her was a good idea.
There was also a lot of clean shaven men in that film.
****ing hypocritical ****ing scumbags.
I'm against the death penalty. Killing is wrong.
I'm not sure if these people qualify as human though.

Kitchen and rape jokes? Never heard a rape joke in my life and I work in a pretty robust environment.

To try and suggest that the misogyny in the modern West is anywhere as bad as in the Islamic areas of the World is ridiculous.

It puts into perspective of those that have a choice and are hanging onto the slavery of their forefathers as opposed to the plight of modern day sexist discrimination and slavery endured by others.
