I posted this link on another thread but I reckon it deserves it's own

So preposterous it's almost funny

Maybe it was the same court that overturned Contador's dope test?

I'm confused by "The legal limit is 0.25 grams and above 0.60 grams is considered a crime."

So presumably between 0.25 and 0.6 is illegal, but not considered a crime??

I take it as above 0.25 is a civil offence, above 0.60 is a criminal offence.

Is this a case of Anglo Saxons not understanding how the Roman laws works shocker type thing?
No-one was hurt, so what's the problem?

So the message is, OK to drink and drive as long as you don't hurt anyone? So if I try and shoot someone and miss, is that OK too? no 'arm done.

Just cos it's 'Roman law' doesn't mean that it's right or sensible.
