Fancy Dress Ideas? Dustmen and Duchesses. Please help...

Off to a Duchesses and Dustmen themed evening on Saturday. Sadly I can't get out of it, the organiser is a friend, and it's for charity.

Suggestions please for a 40-something bloke. I'm leaning towards a high-vis jacket and a pair of jeans, but not averse to the Duchess idea.

Suggestions (useful or otherwise) welcome.

Like the wheelie bin, Duchess of York and bi-weekly suggestions. HIGNFY was good this week I thought. Cor blimey trousers a bit Dick van Dyke, and he was a chimney sweep.
