If you have a supermarket pie in your freezer [meat or fruit] could you measure it's diameter please?

Thinking of getting a Ninja 9.5 and want to know if one will fit in a drawer. We have no pies.

We've an odd sized freezer, so of minimal use.

Why would you freeze a pie when it could be eaten?

What family size REALLY means is that the quiche size is suitable for any individual member of the family.  See also family sized pie.

I once weighed out a portion of muesli and another cereal which I can't remember for the kids to see how ridiculous a portion was which was about what a pre school kid would have if they weren't very hungry.

a bit like ‘fun’ size chocolate bars. If they were truly fun size they’d be ****ing massive!

I've a taste for a 3/4lb butchers steak pie, with lots of new potatoes in butter.

You just have to start at one end and slowly work your way through it. Supposedly for 3 HA!

Is that 'three-quarters-of-a-pound' of pie, or 'a three-to-four pound' pie?

If the latter,  and in one sitting, much respect due 😉

It’s my understanding that anything sold in a supermarket that has ‘family size’ on the packaging is just about a single meal for me.

There's no way a big pie would go in our 9.5l ninja, drawers aren't wide enough. It would work if the pie was halved, but then where do the chips go? This is a task for the traditional oven I'm afraid.
