Looking at a family holiday in the Nice area, principally because of the availability of direct flights, in May. I love France but I've never been to this part of it. Any recommendations for a nice (small n) area? Looking for somewhere fairly quiet, will be me, wife and (by then) 11 month old. Will probably hire a car so no issue with a villa out in the sticks or similar.
