Need to find a holiday 1 week can be easter or summer warmer than UK if easter, must have childcare facilities, 2 bedrooms preferably not a hotel any ideas, been looking at La Manga for easter £500 flights, £500 week accomodation, creche 5 mornings £320. Any one got any other idea to offer.

That really doesn't sound bad for la manga at Easter. We've booked flights only, to Murcia in July out of school hols and they cost just over 600 quid, so those flights for 500 sound pretty on the money to me!!
Yep car as well, thought was good deal, went last year before school hols started little boy in sch. now so going to try Easter, Weather not so reliable though, so could be good or bad but think its a chance worth taking. Apartment overlooks tennis centre, and creche is 5 min walk so good location. Think flights to alicante misses looked into those so car essential.
Sounds cheap enough for what you're getting. There's a good reason why you see loads of Volvos at the channel ports full of camping gear every holiday. Gite with pool in Brittany or Vendee makes a relaxing trip for us without being too spendy. Eurocamp/Keycamp last year was nice too. If time off from the kids is the dealbreaker why not leave them with a suitably compensated relative or YHA/PGL/brownie camp etc.
Lara cars for car hire out of Alicante or Murcia. Cheapest cars and best service in the area.

Kids only 2 and 4 and we dont need totally kid free time, but they really enjoyed kids club last year, and gives us 4 hours in the morning to just be us again, which I think everyone needs every now and again.
Not sure if it'll quite fit in the budget but there are some excellent deals on Neilson Beachclub plus hold ATM. I cam highly recommend Sivota, Greece and Ortakent, Turkey. Check on Thomas Cook too as they're the same company but the prices can be different for the same thing. Prices include kids club too.

We went to Menorca last May with Portland Direct.
2 Weeks, 4 adults, 1 infant, self catered 2 bedroom apartment in a nice resort, but very very Brit abroad place, but kids love it - bouncy castles at each pub, kids club and entertainment in resort etc. Still it was cheap as chips and we got a hire car + bikes to explore. Lovely island. £1000!

i'm going to Tunisia for a week all inclusive for just under £1000.
myself and 3 kids, but the eldest is charged adult rate.
always book with Travel Republic cuz they are cheap 
We booked at the end of last year for Easter this year. 2 grown ups and 1 kid. About £2k fully inclusive at Shark El Sheik in Egypt
We went to the hotel Cuidad Blanca in Alcudia, Mallorca, last May with two kids of a similar age.
For us, it was perfect: right on the beach, great food, plenty for the kids to do.
We paid around £1,800 for 10 days half board at half term, so I would have thought you'd be on budget earlier in the year.
