BBC said he might be out of F1 completely. Hope not, great driver.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, but following surgery in 2003 after a serious road accident as a passenger that left him with titanium bolts in his arm, there will be doubts about his ability to continue in the sport.
Poor bugger. ๐
Hope he comes back asap. Sounds pretty bad though.
news conference from the Italian Hospital due at 1400 local (1300UK) for an update on his condition
sounds as thou he will be out for a few months, if he is able to return
Never understood why F1 teams allow their highly paid assets to indulge in other dangerous sports where there is a high chance of injury - Webber breaking his leg mountain-biking was another good example.
Bugger, i wanted him in my fantasy F1 team
Made a bit of a mess of the car
Radio just said he may lose an arm shocking. Hope it's just a bad news report and he is not hurt that badly
Shit. Hope he's ok longer term. As to f1 that'll be a real loss particularly for Renault.
Surgeons are considering amputating his left hand is what I've managed to gleam from t'web
Hope it doesn't come to that, at least he's not in a life threatening condition.
Would be a great loss to F1 if he cannot continue to compete
Looks like the end of a crash barrier entered the car and thats why all his injuries are on his right hand-side

Bugger, hope he back soon
He is definitely out for a couple of months. The recovery will be quicker than one year but it is a bit early to know exactly how long he will need
