I know it's very soon but has anyone had a shipping notification yet?
I made my purchase as a guest so can't tack order status.
I made purchase as a guest aswell. Paid through paypal and funds not deducted from my bank account yet so im assuming they havent processed the order.
I imagine they are looking at the volume of orders using this code and deciding whether to honor them or cancel them.

I was extrapolating from not receiving a cancellation email that they were going to honor the orders.
How do their helmets fit versus the On One Enduro jobs? The sides arent snug on my On One lid and think I'm better suited to a Giro shaped head.

Yes it seems to have been stopped yesterday.
I also notice they haven't taken payment from my papal.
I paid for my trousers with a credit card and they've taken payment. I paid for the jacket with PP Credit and it's showing as pending.
I've had shipping confirmation from Berghaus but nothing from Endura

i ordered some stuff from the berghaus website (another pentland group co) using the code, have had delivery notification that it's due today

Yup I bought my MT500 jacket from there, I've also had my MT500 jacket back to them under warranty. No issues in either case.
yeah cyclestore are great, order by midday and they'll definately ship same day,
i've ordered stuff and its arrived RM 24hr next day..
they replaced some mt500 shorts for me a few years ago, were the crotch had disintegrated no problem

Or the only ones on the ball enough to see what has happened. It’s pretty clear the code wasn’t intended to be shared externally, so obvious I even felt a little bad as I placed my £210 order for a onesie.

I say "slept with", it was just me and her, her band and about 2,000 folk in the Playhouse in Edinburgh. Easily the most boring and soporific gig I've ever had the misfortune to attend. I nodded off after 30 minutes or so.

Hardly a surprise though...given the premium prices and the expensive athletes they support...they'd be mad to honour sales that weren't by Pentland staff. They need to maximise profit to pay for the support, etc...also they pitch themselves as a premium product hence the lack of mad mental sale prices on older kit until recently.
I'm still gutted that I missed out even placing an order, but in hindsight, it isn't a surprise.
Why poor form? People applied a discount code they had no right to and were caught out. Seems fair to me.

People are free to form their own opinion on how Endura handled the situation compared to other brands in the Pentland Group.
Not to bothered it's been canceled. Just means I'd spend the money on something else.
Obviously, as a denied purchaser, I feel they've handled it badly but not surprisingly.
They'll still be making good money at 50% off and now they won't see any of mine because at full price it's all way out of my price range. I expect Fox or Dirtlej will be seeing me chuck a few quid their way.
Very surprised Endura didn't at least offer a smaller discount.
One positive for them is this debacle identified a cohort of potential customers interested in buying their products but not at full RRP. I think a smaller discount would have been sensible given other customers were able to avail of the code. Not everyone would have been happy but it might have mitigated the situation.
Nope. Endura just told us to pi$$ off. Works both ways though.
