I'm sooooo tired of trying to contact the Tax Office Inland Revenue only to wade through the automated answering machine to be told that all their operators are busy now so call back later!
Why not employ more people and open more lines so that people can correct the constant errors that they keep making and sending us by post grrrrr!!!!
The Tax laws are constantly changing and so there appear to be loads errors all the time (never in your favour - I might add!) and it's just very frustrating!
Not much of a rant but I'm sure there are many who can relate to it!!
