Quick one,

Is an employee on a temporary contract who has been employed for less than a year entitled to be given an 'at risk of redundancy' notice and be redeployed into another post?

Any thoughts?

I'd have thought the temp contract is the main problem. You'll not be being made redundant, your contract will come to an end.

If you're a contract worker and they're putting you on notice with a payout, then TBH you're bucking the trend and you might as well take the payout rather than reminding them that they can ditch you next week for no cost.
