as a big bloke i never thought i would say this, but how do people get to such huge sizes?

biggest i have been is 23 stone at 6ft5, bloke on tonight, 40 stone at unde 6ft.
surely there comes a time where you say whoa!!

All the mention of fat and carbs in the programme has meant that I'm now off to the kitchen to get some crisps.

There's a lot more to getting that big that simply just stuffing your gob. Mental health, poor education, drug side effects etc - lots of things. I take medication for a health condition I have. I've been taking it 9 months, I've put on three stone ish in that time, despite exercising and watching what I eat.....

I'm 5' 9". When my scales read 18st 3lbs back in 2010 I said whoa. Loudly. I'm now 15st and have been for a while. At 44 next week to revert would be very risky. I no longer have diabetes type 2 although officially I have. Once diagnosed that is it.
