Interested if anyone has experience of letting their own house out whilst your on holiday. We are looking at taking three weeks in August and if we could get some income back on this from holiday makers it would be handy.
Any experiences to share? Good places to advertise?

There must be an agency handling Festival lets which fits right in with your holiday. Don't know what it might be called but rents go sky high that month.

If YOu are central you can get big £££ but I have heard nightmare stories.
