Edinburghers - does anyone know of nice jewellery shops? Silver necklaces for example, not all glitzy glamour, just nice simple elegant stuff.

Is the Isle of Mull Silver Co still down Stockbridge?
Bought engagement ring there, grand sum of £20 IIRC..

Couple of nice jewellers in Rose Street - Tait I think.

If you want something totally unique then try Jude at:

http://www.jewellery-heist.co.uk/

She'll make you something from scratch, she's incredibly talented.

She'll sit you down, ask you what you want, she'll sketch what you describe, you'll agree it and then she'll make it for you.

Your fiancee will love it.
