Long story short.
Sold a formal suit on eBay. The buyer hasn't paid and says that someone else bid on their behalf and then realised it was the wrong size. No communication from buyer until I sent a polite email 10 days later. The buyer is apologetic in reply though I had to force the issue.
Do I:
a) Cancel the tranaction myself - no bad mark recorded against the buyer for timewasting.
b) Forward non-payment to eBay so non-payment is recorded against the buyer.
Question is if I take choice B, can they record negative feedback against my profile?

b) Ebay will reimburse your fees then
Non payers can't leave feedback

I'd go for b) than second chance offer it to the next bidder if possible....
