Got a very disappointed daughter who really wanted Ed Sheeran tickets but missed out cause she wasn't quick enough. It there a website I / she can register with to receive early notifications?

I get emails from SeeTickets, Ticketmaster, HMV tickets, Jazz Cafe... I've bought from all previously.
You can probably register for updates on most of them - they might also allow you to select certain artists for alerts.
Following bands on FB or Twitter is another good way of getting info.
