i bought an item from ebay on friday, paid straight away, when i checked last night both ebay and paypal both say payment pending and something about an e-cheque. Is this a paypal scam so they have money sat in thier accounts for 6 days making interest while we have to wait for our goods.
also is there a way round this waiting time so i can make instant payments again

Sounds like something went wrong with your primary payment, card declined or something, so it went with another option. Is your registered card still in date?
