Have a 10 yr old Dualit kettle (way out of any warranty) and the plastic handle and lid had started to degrade. Sent a quick email to Dualit to see about spare parts as I thought they might be replaceable.
"Sorry sir they are not available but we'll give you 40% off a new one" was the response.
Boil me happy 🙂
