Hi all,
Can anyone advise if there's an aftermarket alternative to DT end caps, looks like £35 per wheel to change which is a bit hard to stomache...

There is not no, other than some boost adapters. If you know *exactly* what you need then it is often cheaper second hand but you do need to be confident you have identified the correct part as there are a lot that are similar. Note there are also the parts DT say are 'not compatible' that actually are (e.g. road 12mm end caps for 15mm 350 mtb hubs).

Thanks, yes I've seen various charts showing the options, didn't appreciate there were off-chart options though!! This would be for 350 road hubs converting from QR to 12x100 & 12x142.
