Need to make a mercy dash to relatives - how ill-advised/nasty will it be heading through tonight?

Central belt is to get battered again overnight, but you should be fine if you take your time.

Bugger Zedsdead - that would have been perfect.

Looks like I'm going to be able to delay until tomorrow and go in daylight, so it'll be no problemo.

I'm just down the road from Roslin, about 2 foot here. The main roads are all clear and ok. Not been through Roslin, but should also be ok, although the busses are not going there. You may have trouble on the side streets when getting near as none of them have been touched.

Wouldn't have been a problem either. Plenty of people on here have helped me out in my hour of need so I'd have been happy to help.

It's all kitted out for winter too, except I'm not in the UK... Bum!
