I'm coming over to the UK tommorrow from Holland via Calais on the ferry. The RAC site is not working for me so I was wondering if there is anyone who lives between Dover and the M25 that can tell me what the main roads are like.

Will I die? Apparantly so, based on the BBC coverage...

I reckon you'll be fine. have a look here for good live info including what the motorway matrix signs say and the ability to view the traffic cameras

Drove from Gloucesershire to Kent yesterday.
A2/M2/M20/M26/M25 all clear.
As where all the major roads.

Hi Bob
Made the same journey yesterday lunchtime & it was fine.

What was the problem in Calais, Marge?
I've got to get the 13.10 ferry from Calais so will be leaving Holland at 9am. Was there also a long line of lorries trying to get on?

Thanks also to everyone else for the info.

From Dover head for signs to M20 then straight to M25.
