Any suggestions for how to "fix" a dripping shower (from the shower head) like this...

Runs off a pump that mixes hot from the hot water cylinder and cold from the mains(?) if that makes any difference?
Pragmatic head says unscrew the hose and shower head and look at rubber washers/seals - is that the most likely cause or could it be something "internal"? Cheers!

If the head is dripping when the controls are in the off position, then there is water leaking past the on/off within the mixer valve. So yes as you say internal.

Ja, controls firmly "off" and drips. Buggeh.

It may be worth checking the booster pump is shutting off as it should do.
