[Closed] Downloading IPhone video's. Help please..

Please save this technical retard, hours of pain by explaining the simplicity of getting the videos on my phone onto my windows laptop.

When I have backed the photos the videos are possibly not there or are just there as an IMG.

Any idea's?

Plug it in, when prompted, open the device to view files then just browse to them.
