Oldest Lab has really dry and flaky coat at the moment, anyone used a good shampoo for dry coat ?

I use Wahl Aloe on mine. Seems to work well.

5 litre lasts for ages, I mix with water before using because it's very thick.

Cheers guys, I've started giving him Sardines in sunflower oil to see if that helps so I'm going to order some of that supplement.

Bathed him tonight in a bit of dog shampoo I had left and it's like dandruff on him. He has quality food so he must be lacking something.

What food? Does it contain wheat?

As above get something that doesn't have wheat in it.

Burns stuff is good if he's used to dry food, might be a bit unfair to change his diet drastically if he's a very old boy though!
