What's with the good people of edinburgh bagging dog jobbies and leaving them in the snow? I just dont get it. Surely they're missing out on a good source of heat.

you just keep it in the bag in your hands, till the heat goes - then ditch it.

I don't get it either. So now along with the stinky but biodegradable poop there is a plastic bag that will last years
