Thanks gobuchut but I've just spent an hour doing that! Loads of people writing about it, no-one selling it.

Pigface, much more useful. Can you name any specific trader and do you know if they do mail order?

There's a few cheese sellers in Borough, not sure of names but a google might help
Also maybe an email to somewhere like Neals yard?
