I’m sure I’ve got a couple of pairs of heavy duty nitrile gloves in the glovebox, for emergencies involving anything that’s wet and dirty, but fortunately I’ve not needed to use them. Having written that, maybe I ought to check them sometime soon, just to make sure they haven’t perished - they’ve been in there for at least a couple of years. <br />They’re thicker orange ones, with textured fingers we were issued for debowsing car fuel tanks for Enterprise; anything with over 1/4 tank had to have the excess removed, and stored for later collection and refining. Of course nobody helped themselves to handfuls of gloves, just in case, like…

My Glovebox has a silly big can of windscreen de-icer in it, it's there so it won't roll about inside the car, gloves don't roll and are needed more often so they get to live in the driver's door pocket...

gloves don’t roll

*nods sagely at this statement of timeless truth*

and are needed more often

Needed for what? Gloves for me are one of those things like biros where you suspect there's a breeding ground or similar somewhere they congregate and conjugate, possibly the Sargasso Sea, but not the g love box.

That said I don't know what is actually in there. How would I know/care? I'm going to guess random shite. And headlamp bulbs for france. Hth
