Slightly more annoying is "OK, so,".

For the full, maximum-annoyingness effect, you need the pause before it - ideally then completely ignoring what the first person said.

No-one I know says yeah at the end of every sentence it's not something I've ever heard tbh

The people I work with in Dud-lay might say it but then again it's hard to tell what they are saying most of the time e.g.
'yow cor spake proper'
'ar berrits cowd on that biyke ayit'

etc
