Looking at selling up and moving north of the border. Looks likely she can keep her job and I'm.doing my class 1. We have a load of equity here and a rental we could sell as well though im keen on keeping it. Looking at dumfriesshire (waves at jason) So who fancies a 3 bed detached over looking rivington pike with excellent trails from the door and I mean from the door. No tarmac required

Sure there will be a slight drop after the survey as is the normal way.

Survey up theres done prior to sale so it's one less thing to to.
