The particulate suspension from that one should fix global warming for a few years 🙂

Is that the Hardnerderfjørdlergrünlingsdottirkyvikssøngnurløfkskenfjørd volcano?

This one is easy to say - Grimsvotn. It's under an ice cap called Vatnajokull.

It erupted in 1996 in a fairly big way, a huge mel****er flood burst out from the ice cap 2 weeks after the eruption.

I'm going to Iceland this summer. Looks like Grimsvotn is high on the list of 'must do' things 🙂

I'm [i]supposed[/i] to be off to Iceland a week on friday, with bike, for 3 weeks scooting about. Would have been more use if it had saved all this erupting lark until I was there.
