So just scanning through it and the "External" Cv needs a few tweaks before it lands on my boss's desk!!
How should a CV for an internal job go then??

The same as for an external job with some tailoring if required.
I don't know what company you work for now, but is there anyway of contacting your HR department and looking at behaviours associated with the competencies they (and the recruiting manager) are looking for?

I would make it just like the external CV but take out all the white lies!!
