Returned home last night to find a "you were out card" picked up parcel from neighbour. But it's not for me. Completely wrong address. The company has a phone number which gives no options to speak with someone and only directs to a www site which I looked at but after 15 minutes couldn't find the correct info. So what do I do now? Gng to try the correct address but if no answer what? Not going to chase the addressee but there is no return address and I'm not paying out for postage.

If it's local take it to them. They may well return for it when the customer complains but i doubt it.

Unsolicited goods act. You didnt sign for it, its not for your address. Hold on to it for a couple of months and its yours! (Or not)
(You'll probably find out when you open it its food and turned to mould)

It's asos "fashion online". Gng to try then put card through door. If stair looks dodgy then I'll just post it in post box.

probably easier dropping them a line then, if the courier is difficult to contact

Myhermes have local collection & delivery points, mine is a bargain booze shop which is handy. Go on their website again, put in your postcode and it will show you the nearest to you then if you can be arsed drop it off there.

Nearest one is a bit away and has no parking. Just left it outside the door of the flat with the card posted through the door.
