Apparently both my abbey and alliance and leicester accounts have become suspended and i need to re-do the secrecy online banking stuff. Better get onto that right away.

that just means they have lost your money and they don't want you to find out

If they find some money in an account with my details on it how will i claim it? As i've never held an account with either bank
