my nomination was on local news last night. He tried and failed to go through some flooding on the roads near Southend. His Shogun(?) had a snorkel on it so he thought he would go for it anyway.
A lack of skill and ability lead to the car stalling in the floodwater and thankfully the bystanders got his kids and wife out before the car sank!!

he needs a better propulsion system. I'd have tired fireworks to the back.
