hey all,
anyone had a succesful warranty claim to CRC without a receipt? I have one, but it's miles away at my student place..
Is the receipt just the same as the info that appears under the 'my orders' tab on their site?

I would#ve thoght they would be fine as it's all listed on line on the orders bit.
You don't need a receipt to return goods, common misconception. Just proof of purchase, which in this case is your online account.
If you haven't already, I would expect you to have to complete some sort of "RMA" - returns procedure - before sending it back so that they can track it. This should give you all the info you need.

Bank or Credit Card statement can also be used as proof of purchase ...
When I had to return my Reverb under warranty they were happy to accept the order number in the My Orders page on the website.
