Yes.

I can only assume that when you are "under the weather" your mind decides that the body is lacking and encourages you to consume more calories. Salad is seldom a comfort food to me even though I eat fields of it under normal circumstances. There is also the psychological approach that comfort food makes you happy.

I'm partial to midget gems when I'm full of cold, I don't have an explanation for the reason.

Weirdly, baked beans & tuna.

Or chips with a few poached eggs.

If "under the weather" = been up all night and now absolutely battered ,
then the only thing to save the day is Crispy Fried Shredded Chilli Beef ,Special fried rice and a can of coke. ๐Ÿ˜€

Hmm, I seem to constantly crave comfort food. Am I ill?

I think they put antibiotics and dreams in it

My prescription for man-flu is a nice crusty baguette with Heinz Cream of Chicken soup and a packet of Rowntree's Randoms, rising to two packets of RR's twice daily if symptoms persist.

On the very few occasions when i drink to much (doesn't take much at all) and have a hangover the following day i always crave a bag of well salted chips and a can of cherry coke or dr pepper.
