We had the monthly board meeting today, which turned into one big blame game, with the weakest first being picked off one by one. I get home and discuss the crap day with Mrs TJ. It was great therapy and got a lot of my chest and then - and I don't know how - the conversation morphs into "you're spending too much time riding your bike" - Jeez, I give up [holds hands to the sky]!!

No, it wasn't TJ's wife, she was off out dogging. She texted me an invite but I wasn't in the mood.
