Haha I'm not pretending to be perfect... I caved and ate a whole slice of bread yesterday!

But the good thing about being on the "diet" I am is my target calories are pretty low so even when I do slip up and go a bit over I'm still eating waaay less than before

I uploaded that bacon&eggs picture via imgur and it is now my most commented on/liked picture ever. "Beautiful simply beautiful" being one example 😆

Although most of my other ones are just car wheels or random tools... (My impact wrench has a rating of -12 people really don't like it)

Yay to lamb burger - note the singular ;).

Eat whatever you want, just not as much of it as you might want to.

I've got too into feeling hungry all the time and have been losing weight a bit too quickly, so I had a *massive* pasta binge on Tuesday night to even things out - it was awesome!!!!

Weird.

Lightest I've been in a while and still have a little podgy belly.

All those carbs I guess 🙁

ha cheers Rob. I did the same with a panettone we found at the back of the cupboard left over from Christmas. Felt hungry and a bit down due to lack of cake so smashed a tenth of it with two teas on Tuesday . Rock and/or Roll 😮

Definitely Yay. As many as you can eat. And then buy some more. Just make sure they are welsh lamb 🙂

Over 7000 metres of climbing this past week and trails to die for...

Couldn't give a rats arse about weight loss... Sure I've dropped some weight, but I'm feeling happier than I have in a long time...

Aw crap... I thought it was every two weeks 🙁

May not be a pretty number.... if I'm the same as last week I'll be happy (even though I've been pretty good on the carbs)

I was doing ok at the start of this week, but it's too cold dark and miserable forma decent calorie deficit on my commute, I was really flagging on Tuesday night, then the Mrs suggested a chippy tea, I didn't put up much of a fight.

I think I've lost a pound in 2 weeks

Previous 3 weeks I rode 300km a week and put on weight. Haven't ridden at all this week in prep for the puffer and lost 1.5kg 😕

I did wonder how comes you were top 3 last week and had only done 10 k this week. So looks like you will still beat me this week with a late effort at the Strathpuffer :-).

Damn. Looks like I will have to bang out a long ride this weekend if I am to stay in the top 3 for at least 1 week.

Half a kg in the right direction this week. Probably the best I can hope for given the current lack of exercise - once it's down below 90kg, I can crank up the lunch time runs a bit without knee trouble.

A nice steady 600g loss this week. Despite eating cake (a missing Christmas cake from a supermarket).

Another pound down. So far my plan of eating dust in the week, and the opposite of dust at the weekend, seems to be mildly working.

Another kg off here from last week which is odd as I’ve been away working for a few days - no exercise and restaurant eating for a couple of nights combined with a Burger King on the drive back.

My weight seems to oscillate day to day so if I draw an average line through the “noisy” data it’s more like 1/2 kg loss this week which is still in the right direction!

Nice work chaps! A mere pound off for me - hoping that's what I'll manage every week from now, nice & steady like.

If that's to be adopted, I'll have to brush up on my quantum theory, since it's relativistic. Losing 1/25 of a Jamie this week might be 1/24 another week based on his pie constant.

13st 8.5 for me again. Bearable, not done much exercise this week (pulled hamstring) mmmm.... ham, that's almost....bacon!

I'm using a constant 'original' weight for simplicity.

1.5kg lost this week, pretty happy with that.

I'm actually a bit ahead of schedule according to the fancy graph.

Please can someone put 175lb in my column? Won't be near a computer all day.

Only 1lb but I've been preparing for the Strathpuffer all week and I am noticeably thinner, on the cusp of going down my second belt hole since October.

I'm a bit stuck. Had long weekend skiing/drinking last week, came back with manful/chest infection. So can't exercise and feeling far too ferked to starve myself.

Only 1.5 lbs lost so far...entirely accidentally.

Went up a tiny bit this week, but no surprised as the weather has prevented much riding, and I'm sure last week was a de-hydrated false low (was happy to take it at the time though! 😀 ) last weekend was a bit of a binge too. 😳

Sort of good news (I think!), I've not eaten meat this year. Didn't set out to, but just happened with healthy eating, though I've decided to continue with it now.

Weighed the same as last week this morning which isn't so bad (although I feel thinner!) - had a big poo shortly afterwards so probably 1kg down in [s]reality[/s] my dreams!

+ I've not been doing any excercise... keeping that in reserve!

is anyone else actually coming to enjoy the constant feeling of what I can only assume is hunger?

as someone who works 12 steps away from my fridge full of cheese, I'm hoping I can train my brain to like the hunger pangs as much as it does lovely cheese.

oh god I miss cheese..........

How is everyone doing in terms of mood? I've found myself to be a little snappy sometimes, hangry, if you will.

I've tried to time it so I have my snack calories around the time I pick the children up from daycare so I [s] don't go mental at the little sh*ts[/s] can play with them TO THE MAX but occasionally it's very tough!

Edit: @rhino5, have a meal off, eat what you want. Play the long game!

HYD - meals I'm hopefully OK with (as Mrs R is normally in charge of ingredients & portion control) but 'grazing' when I'm on my tod would seem to be the fuel for all the lard
