Has anyone ever used an online 'company formation'service to register with Companies House ? If so, which 1 did you use and were there any hassles.
I need a limited company within the next 24-48 hours !
Download the forms from Companies House. Sign, send off, pay the same day registration fee.
Much cheaper than doing it via one of these places.

By the time I've paid may solicitor to witness my and my co directors signing of Form 12, purchased memorandum of association from legal stationary supplier and paid the £50 to CH, the on line deals seemed quite a good option.
Obviously if you have a 'standard' memorandum of association (company limited by shares) lying around you could email over, that would be nice 🙂
It's a piece of piss to register a company. Get the form (or sign up online), if you have any questions you can ask me cos I wrote the code that validates the forms 🙂
In any case, you can buy ready made companies, that's easiest.
