As I sit here tucking into my Friday fish and chips* and swigging hipster IPA I wonder whether there is an officially approved choice of fish here @STW. So - cod, haddock, something else or never? [i]*Fried in Paris, but by someone who has a vague idea what they are doing. It's passable.[/i]
