Watching us play Germany in the last World Cup, in a bar full of Germans, was the final straw for me. We play tedious uninspiring football rooted in the 1970's. It's dire! Impressed with Townsend playing the game not the occasion, good performance from him so far. Walker looks a liability in defence though. Wellbeck not combining well with Baines yet. Thought Rooney would put his chance away, no really clear cut chances other than that mind.
