Saw this and I thought it looked like a good idea. No more grout cleaning.
What down sides are there? I'm assuming if water gets behind it problems would arise.
Is it easy to install?

Never used it but about to in a rental house. The trade guys recon its good and so long as the joints are sealed all should be fine.
Its pricey but then again so is getting someone to do the tiling.
I have plastic around my bathroom window where the shower is and it's a lot easier to maintain than tiles.
