Pavement has gone well slippy, is caustic soda, stiff brush and elbow grease as good a way as any ?

Jetwash and regular jetwash detergent works great for me, but you can buy specific detergents too, never tried them.

I have used Jeyes Fluid Path & Patio in the past as its safe for children and pets with a stiff brush and jet wash, else good old bleach will do the job.

Just a cheapo pressure washer with water does the job for me.
