[#9725499]

Just made a batch of whisky and orange fudge all ready for Christmas, I fear it won't last long.

What is the STWs favourite fudge flavour?

Mmmm fudge.

I like rum fudge. With or without nuts.

Granny used to make wicked tablet too.

I’m old fashioned so for me it has to be the classic rum and raisin.

English fudge is a poor relation of Scottish tablet. I'm partial to white chocoalte with chopped walnuts and raisins in ours, the unadulterated recipe is pretty darned good too. Neither would last until Christmas in this house.

Fudge out the fridge this morning, it is more like a fudge sauce, tasty but not quite set.

What have I done wrong? I got it up to 115 degrees, simmered etc.

I followed a Jamie Oliver recipe.

What are the recipes STW uses?

Mmmmm! I love fudge but the style more like what McMoonter say.

Prefer a good old plain one but partial to ginger.
