I miss the chippys back in Liverpool where I grew up. Menu's like the bayeux tapestry. Hollands pies. Those were the days....

A couple of Fridays ago me and Mrs Binners were both working from home. At lunchtime she said she was popping out to get a few things. She came back, having called at the chippy, with a steak pudding, chips, peas and gravy for me, and fish and chips for herself.

I bloody love that woman!
