Took the dog for a short stroll in the woods this morning and came back with a bowlful of good sized chestnuts, anyone got some good recipes to use them on, stuffings and the like, or even better cakes and puds?

we went in the woods with the dog yesterday, there are loads off em all over
proper prickly too, I opened some and ate em raw, which was nice
cook em in a bit cinnamon and brown sugar.
