Pink Sunshine by Fuzzbox

Winding down after work today I had a bit of a "haven't heard it for ages" stint on Spotify. If you like yourself a bit of Fuzzbox, I suggest Self. Their finest moment IMHO.

RIP, Jo. Wholly underrated axe-worrier.

Neither Michael Nesmith nor Warren Zevon have ever written a cheesy song, and that is a fact.
Pretty much everything else mentioned isn’t music I would ever bother listening to. I have over 300Gb of music on my phone, and none of it I would consider cheesy, not even the ABBA songs, they’re all their darker, later stuff. Listen to a piece by Elgar at the moment.

Everything about it is dated. I think that's what I like most about it.

Fish-era Marillion.

I like to think I'm fairly sophisticated in my musical choices, but I make no apologies for still loving Fish-era Marillion.

Loved it since '83. Still playing it now. In fact I played all of Script and Fugazi today. And then Grendel twice turned up to 11 while I had the house to myself. 17 minutes (well, 34) of absolute nonsense. Loved every second.
