On the face of it, I really could indentify with some of the issues, ( work related stress/ panic attacks) heartbreaking some of them.
I can feel free to just state here on a forum that, in the midst of banter and put downs, somebody may give a diamond of wisdom.
Why is it I/ we still feel that putting a statement like this on Facebook or actually talking to someone we will still be judged?
Nobody knows me here!

The stigma of certain health conditions, mental health, addictions, certain disability can be quite strange. However, I'm not quite sure what your point is in your first post.

Despite a number of idiots on here, when people come asking for help, they can really get it.
The subject matter will rarely put people of helping/replying, but not being really clear in what you're asking, can. And, I guess not watching the program that is mentioned could stop people too.
