Well I wish someone had told me and my crap diet about it. The last veggie I ate wore tie dye.

I love vegtables, Brocoli, cabbage, carrots, they're all good, what is wrong with you people?

eat real food, mainly plants!

I've been looking into green powder lately, might try some of the chlorella stuff from Myprotein.

How long have you been taking it?

I'm still new to it and don't have any tangable results as yet, apart from the fact that I don't appear to require coffee to function anymore. I've known my greens pusher for some time and trust them so thought I'd give it a try. As per the blog, results to follow.
