renewal with current insurer £700+ just asked the Meercats and best quote is £200

Yup. But even with that aside it's quite random, my insurance went down when I added "driving for work purposes", no idea why. And i've had comp quotes that were lower than tpft.

Check the details, my renewal notice came through and it had more than doubled.
on further inspection there was a claim against me. I'm still trying to sort it out now nearly 3 months on ( it's either a false or fraudulent claim )
